Ready-to-Order Cleanroom Labels
Texwipe is proud to introduce the Ready-to-Order Cleanroom Label Program. Texwipe’s pressure sensitive cleanroom labels are designed for critical environments and are made from material that is low out-gassing, has ultra-low leachables and low particulates. Each label is tested for surface particles, cleaned, double bagged and packaged in a controlled environment.
Stock Types
• Matte – excellent for cleanroom pens & thermal transfer printing
• Gloss – ideal for ink adhesion where reflectivity is desired
• Direct Thermal – where direct thermal printing is used
• Autoclave – ideal when label and label data need to withstand autoclave
Autoclave Cleanroom Labels
Texwipe Autoclavable label stock is a Teslin® material designed for label printing and can be used with most conventional inks*. The label is also designed to prevent the removal of written data during the autoclave process. Texwipe autoclave label stock has a matte finish and permanent adhesive to provide excellent adhesion. Ideal for applications requiring label and label data to maintain integrity through autoclave process.

Direct Thermal Cleanroom Labels
Texwipe direct thermal cleanroom labels are a polypropylene material designed specifically for cleanroom label printing applications requiring direct heat printing. Texwipe direct thermal label material is available with two different adhesive levels to provide excellent adhesion without leaving residue. Ideal for applications where direct thermal printing is used.

Gloss Cleanroom Labels
Texwipe gloss label stock is a polypropylene material designed for thermal transfer printing in a cleanroom environment.The high-energy glossy print skin enhances preprinted labels and thermal transfer inks. Texwipe gloss label stock is available with two different adhesive levels to provide excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces without leaving residue. Ideal for applications where ink adhesion and reflectivity are desired.
